Karen is flying the flag for the DRF

One of our Ambassadors, Karen Bird, is flying the flag again for the DRF, when she competes in the Colchester Half Marathon on Sunday 25th March 2018. In 2013, she ran the Southend Half Marathon in 2 hours 3 minutes raising money for the DRF in the process.

We often see Karen putting in the hours as she wends her way around Maldon and Hatfield Peverel, and wish her well in her latest endeavours. Please see this link if you would like to sponsor her.
